Gerson Ventura immigrated from Guatemala to the United States at a very young age. When his family finally settled in Albuquerque, New Mexico, his first delight came in the way of Pixar’s Toy Story which filled his mind was wonder and joy. His next great joy came when his parents sacrificed much to purchase him the Sega Genesis with Sonic the Hedgehog and Shining Force: The Legacy of Great Intention. The latter gave him the love RPG style games and he would eventually start writing his own story with RPGs in mind. Drawing inspiration from great works, such as The Lord of the Rings and The Chronicles of Narnia, Gerson now comes with his first book, Flames of Darkness.
