Raymond Pompa was born and raised in Tulare, California. Upon graduation from Tulare Union High School, he served in the United States Marine Corps. When Raymond served in the military he spent

most of his service in San Diego, California. At the end of his service he began working as a police officer. When Raymond isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family and loved ones, playing basketball, and writing poetry.
