REFUND POLICY

Writers Republic is obliged to give a refund if the author has withdrawn his/her contract with the firm for the following grounds:

  • The company committed a contract violation.
  • The contract was dismissed after the author provided the manuscript but before the creation of the interior design took place.
  • The contract was withdrawn when the production of interior design is ongoing but prior to the accomplishment of Digital Preview approval form.

The author client is authorized to a full refund of a maximum of $100 administrative charge should the firm committed a contract violation— to cover the set-up cost acquired by the client. Nevertheless, a refund of 50% of the purchase price will be offered to the author if the contract was dismissed after he/she sent the manuscript but prior to the start of interior design’s creation. Lastly, client author will only claim 25% refund of the purchase rate should the contract was terminated after the beginning of the interior design but before the Digital Preview approval form was completed.

The author’s privilege to claim a refund will be forfeited if he/she failed to submit the necessary publishing materials before six months have lapsed from the date of the service order. Also, refund charges pertaining to the pre and post-publication services comprising Copyediting, book sales, and revisions will not be given by Writers Republic. Furthermore, we will not be offering a refund to the publication of second and later versions of the client’s book. A refund is also not granted when the firm dismisses publications of the author’s book that resulted from the violation committed by the author.
