My overall experience was excellent. The staff were professional, helpful, caring, and patient. I can say they did a brilliant job supporting me and encouraging me to recommend Writers Republic.
Regarding the design, I felt the cover was assigned to a talented, senior professional. The interior was slightly less smooth as the attention to the details was not as great as for the cover. The staff’s patience made up for this difference, and we created a beautiful book.
