Overall, my experience has been very good. They communicate and stay in constant communication as the book is being worked on. We hit a small hiccup of confusion, but my consultant is working on it. My experience has been very good with the exception of one consult that has caused a little confusion, but my consultant is working on it. They did an amazing job on my first two books of a four-book series. They stayed in constant communication; the marketing department made contact the first week I submitted my manuscript and explained everything. Overall, my experience has been very good.
